At Circuit 31 Fitness in Allen, TX, our small group training delivers a supportive, energizing experience that bridges the gap between personal training and traditional group fitness. Each session is a 31-minute, guided circuit workout designed to build strength, increase endurance, and help you move better—no matter your current fitness level.
Unlike typical group classes, our flexible format means no set start times. A new circuit begins every 3 minutes, so you can work out on your own schedule without missing a beat. With groups capped at just 9 people, our expert coaches offer hands-on support, ensuring proper form, personalized feedback, and goal-specific adjustments.
