  • Why Are You Better? What Makes You Unique?

    The old ways of fitness are outdated and most new trends are not very customer friendly.  Feeling like you’ve failed other fitness programs? Don’t worry, it’s not you, it’s them!  Our fitness center was designed so that our members can be successful.  Our focus is on convenience, customer service, and holistic fitness principles.

  • Is 31 Minutes Really Long Enough?

    Yes! The perception that you need to do marathon workouts leads a lot of people to feel like they can’t make time for it, leading them to skip the workout out altogether. Secondly, research has shown that longer workouts are counterproductive to most fitness goals.


    At a certain point, stressing your muscles too much just leads to a longer recovery time, which keeps you out of the gym longer, and diminishing returns are a real thing — there’s only so much you can do for your body in one day. This is why a lot of modern workouts have shifted to faster, harder programs; the body benefits from shorter workouts that are more intense.

    Our circuits are for all fitness levels and we support members who want to go at their own pace.  If you’re looking for an intimidating gym, this is not the place. We’re here to help everyone achieve their fitness goals.

  • I Have an Injury. Will I Be Able to Participate?

    Absolutely. Don’t worry, we have modifications for every circuit station to make sure each workout is safely completed.
